• We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused merchandise in sellable condition with the original tags still attached. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
• To ensure a smooth process, we recommend submitting separate returns for each order number, as combining multiple orders can cause delays.
• Refunds: Once your return is processed, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear.
• US Returns: A return fee will be deducted from your refund, whether you use one of our return bar locations or print a return label. Exchanges within the US are free, limited to one exchange per customer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
